Biocord AG will be exempt from liability if the sample request or data correction is made from the email address you provided on any of the forms on the web, in such a case it being presumed that the user is sending it. The user can request the rectification, opposition or deletion of data, and this will be carried out by Biocord AG within 10 days. Cancellation will mean the blocking of your data, which will only be kept in case they are collected by the competent government or the courts.
