After the signature, you will receive the extraction kit, the service contract and documents with your data that must reviewed and send us

AT THE HOSPITAL,
CHILDBIRTH
It is very important you don’t forget to take the extraction kit with you on delivery day.
You will be given to the medical team that will attend to you and perform the removal after the baby is born.
Medical personnel will extract cord blood from the umbilical cord of the baby, a totally painless process that lasts just three minutes.

AT THE HOSPITAL,
PICKUP
You will have to call the phone number listed in the documentation.
We collect the kit and manage your urgent transfer to the Bank.

AT THE LABORATORY
When extraction kit reaches its destination, the necessary sample Cord tests were carried out.
The sample is processed under strict controls sterility in the White Rooms in our laboratory, fulfilling all the requirements of the relevant authorities.
After sample processing and testing the feasibility for future use will proceed to conservation.
During the following weeks we will communicate the results obtained from the sample preserved and we will send you the certificate of the cells of your baby.
